Hyderabad · Premium Non-Veg Pickles

The kitchen that turns a simple meal into a royal one.

RK Royal Pickles is built for people who still believe pickle should taste like home — bold Andhra spice, careful batches, and jars sealed with pride.

Our story

Traditional taste, royal quality.

A good pickle does more than sit on the side of a plate. It wakes up steamed rice. It makes curd rice interesting again. It travels in a tiffin and still tastes like Sunday lunch. That is the standard we cook to.

RK Royal Pickles began with a simple impatience: too many jars on the market looked premium and tasted industrial. We wanted the heat of Andhra chilli, the sour lift of Gongura, the richness of sesame oil, and the comfort of chicken and prawn prepared the way family kitchens have always done it — slowly, cleanly, and without shortcuts.

From Shalom House in Mahadevapuram, Gajularamaram, Hyderabad, we prepare six signature non-veg pickles in 200 g, 500 g, and 1 kg jars. Every batch is freshly made, hygienically handled, and packed without added preservatives. The promise on our crest is the same promise in the jar: Traditional Taste, Royal Quality.

Masala, oil, and patience — the three things we never rush.

What goes in

Chicken. Prawn. Gongura. Whole spices. Nothing you cannot name.

We start with tender chicken or succulent prawns, then build flavour the Andhra way — dried red chilli, mustard, fenugreek, garlic, curry leaf, and, in our specials, the unmistakable tang of Gongura. The oil is not a filler. It is the medium that carries aroma into every grain of rice.

How a batch is born

Four quiet disciplines behind every jar.

01

Select

Proteins are chosen for texture that will hold in pickle — chicken that stays succulent, prawns that stay plump. Spices are toasted and ground in small lots so the aroma is still alive when it meets the oil.

02

Cook

Meat is cooked through, moisture is driven out, and the masala is bloomed until the oil turns that deep, royal red. This is where flavour is decided — not later, not with a label.

03

Balance

Heat, salt, sourness, and richness are tasted together. Gongura batches get their tart green snap; classic chicken and prawn batches stay bold, spicy, and rounded.

04

Seal

Jars are filled while the pickle is at its best, closed cleanly, and labelled for 200 g, 500 g, or 1 kg. No added preservatives. Just hygiene, heat, and honest oil.

What we stand for

Five promises we will not dilute.

Homemade taste

Recipes rooted in Andhra home kitchens — the kind that makes you close your eyes on the first spoon.

Premium quality

Carefully chosen ingredients and a finish you can see: glossy oil, even spice, generous pieces of chicken or prawn.

Freshly prepared

We cook in careful batches, not in endless factory runs. Freshness is a method, not a slogan.

Hygienically made

Clean process, sealed jars, and packing you can trust on a long courier journey across India.

No added preservatives

Flavour that comes from spice, oil, and technique — not from a chemical aftertaste.

How India eats us

Made for everyday tables, not just festive ones.

A teaspoon over hot rice. A smear beside dosa. A lunchbox that still smells like home at 1 pm. Our pickles are designed for weekday meals as much as Sunday spreads.

  • Steamed rice and ghee — the classic Andhra test.
  • Curd rice, when you want heat and comfort in the same bite.
  • Roti, paratha, or millet rotis for a travelling meal.
  • Dosa, idli, or uttapam when breakfast needs character.

Keep jars cool and dry, always use a dry spoon, and let the oil settle back over the pickle after serving. That is how homemade pickle has always been kept.
